Configuration and Staging Services A high number of our clients requested that Lantec provide Staging and Configuration Services for their products. Lantec UK Ltd have created a purpose built facility within its head office warehouse facility based in Dunstable Bedfordshire.Lantec UK Ltd created a 4000 sq ft facility which enables us to configure anything from a standard desk top PC to a full size ATM’s. Lantec’s history is providing field services on behalf of large corporate suppliers of products within the banking sector. It has been necessary for Lantec to move into configuration and refurbishment services to provide a complete end to end solution. |

The facility has the ability to download software or firmware upgrades, and can stack 64 PCs to be configured simultaneously. We have large staging area to complete ATM or Counter Automation Terminal assemblies prior to shipment as well as areas where old returned equipment can be cleaned, refurbished and re-configured within short time frames. These services have been invaluable to our clients as it reduces shipping costs, multiple billing requirements and storage issues that can become expensive. This has become a large growth area for Lantec and we consistently develop the provisions of this service in this area to ensure we can accommodate all products and not just Personal Computers. |
